Before purchasing this trimmer I did my research. I wanted to get something with a decent battery life, that wasn’t too heavy, and fit my budget. I found all three of those things with this trimmer. It is lightweight and ergonomically easy to carry (shaft length is adjustable for my taller hubby). We’ve used it multiple times on our mid-sized yard (around trees/shrubs and the perimeter) and it is still on it’s first charge. I would recommend this trimmer for anyone that is using it for residential use that doesn’t have a huge lot to tend to.

I LOVE my new weed whacker! I’m not super experienced in using one- and I find this one comfortable to hold and easy to use! I love the power it has and battery life is good. 45 minutes maybe? I didn’t watch the time but I got tired before the battery wore down! I am really glad I got this tool!

I love my Black +Decker trimmer, however, I am not happy that I have to hold the button in to use it. I was hoping all I had to do was to push it in & it would stay in until I pushed off. It makes it harder on my hands to holt it in while I am using it.

Great working trimmer. Battery is good for most lawn sizes. Maybe a bit heavy for older people. 20 v might be a better choice.

This cordless string trimmer has plenty of power to trim and edge my yard. A great product! Recently I had an issue with the rechargeable battery, and when I contacted the manufacturer, they promptly sent me a replacement. Can’t beat that level of customer service!

The first time I used it, it only worked for 20 minutes with a full 4-hour charge. I was disappointed, but as I used it more the power lasted longer and longer. Now it goes about 40 minutes on a full charge. It is a powerful little weed trimmer, I love it! I like how the cord is auto-feed. I mostly love that I don’t have to deal with gas/oil or a long extension cord. I’m a woman in my fifties and I’m able to use this trimmer with no problem! Highly recommended it.

Haven’t used yet. Still recovering from back surgery. But from what I cant tell it looks like it should be be very universal as a lawn trimmer.
