Wow! Really impressed. I would have never thought this thing would have worked this good! The trimmer line feeds out automatically. Both batteries gets the job done on a 10,000 sq ft lot with a house with lawn curbing. So glad I didn’t listen to the negative people on here not knowing how to use it!

I just bought one of these and absolutely love it! Where have I been? I’ll never go back to using a cord! This trimmer is so easy and fun to use that I went back there the store and bought a cordless blower. The little 20v to be exact. After watching a few videos on these I am so glad I went with Black and Decker! Kudos on a great product!

I bought this item for a specific purpose, which is to maintain a brick patio free of things that grow in the brick joints.It seems to function in that regard well enough. It is a sturdy device, comes with two batteries that are easy enough to charge and exchange.Easily converts from trimmer to edger with a switch and a twist. Don’t know how much line it uses yet, i haven’t had it that long. cannot comment on battery life yet,,,don’t know, but probably best for a small to midsize yard and not am estate size yard.i’m happy enough, not sending it back.

I purchased mine in 2014 so this year was the 5th summer it was used on a weekly basis to trim a small yard and 25 feet of slope too steep for me to mow. It works as good now as it ever did (still using original two batteries it came with) except seems to go thru more string this year so maybe the automatic feed is wearing out. I’m going to buy a lighter model and keep this one as a spare.

This Product is one of the easiest to us that I have ever had. Adjustable handle makes it easy to adapt trimmer for a variety of terrain and the spool change is perhaps the best I have ever owned. The only thing that I would change is the battery that comes with it. I upgraded to the 4.0 a 20 volt lithium in order to complete all my trimming on one charge.

I love this weedwacker! It is so light to I can easily use it for as long as it takes to get the job done. The “mower” attachment is great for larger patches that I still can’t get with my riding mower. I can get 15 minutes working time from each battery included. I recently bought an additional larger battery and that gives me 30 minutes. It is high powered and does the job without using gas. It is easy to use. I simply love this tool!

Second one I’m purchasing. One of the first batteries finally died after three years of extremely hard use. This trimmer cleared an acre property around a house not lived in for years. Two foot grass, vines, even shrubs…gone; it handled jobs a mower couldn’t. The lawn looked so great, people thought I’d used a mower! It functioned as “the” mower for two years before I purchased a mower. Edging…no problem. I just wish the charger was faster. I am purchasing this second one for three reasons: I love this tough trimmer, I use it so much that I want a back up second one on hand should the older one decide to retire, and I want more than one battery…now I have three! By the way, I am still on the first reel of string, despite working it so hard. Hard to believe.I recommend it HIGHLY.

I bought this trimmer/edger to use to edge and trim my yard. I have a relatively large area to trim and edge around multiple landscape beds. I love it. Not having to carry a heavy gas unit or lug around a corded unit is definitely a big plus. It is so light weight it doesn’t make the job harder than it should be. I am thrilled with the job it does so easily. If you have a larger area to trim or edge, you will want to get an extra battery for backup.
