Overall, I think this is a well designed and built string trimmer and I was satisfied with the battery life, when using the 3.5 AH battery. Even so, when I’m done with my work, the battery is about to give out. But I have a spare battery, so if I needed to do extra work I can do that.However, it could stand some ergonomic improvement. The angle of the string trimmer head seems to be “off,” as if this were designed for a person with weird body proportions (I haven’t thought that about any other string trimmer I’ve used). Maybe they should make the shaft length adjustable and/or make the angle of the head adjustable. Having 2 speeds (slow and normal) is nice, but it makes me want a third speed – extra fast. The manual string feed is also a nice feature, but it’s awkward to use and makes the trimmer pause every time press the manual feed button.

Purchased to replace my old gas Toro. I love the freedom of just pushing the button and going. No fightng startup. It takes me longer to do my yard as it’s not as powerful, but it’s a fair tradeoff of not dealing with gas, oil mix and noise. This model was a fair price on sale at $89. I also have their cordless hedger trimmer and just ordered a leaf blower. I’ll always have a charged battery to use.

I love this weedwacker! It is so light to I can easily use it for as long as it takes to get the job done. The “mower” attachment is great for larger patches that I still can’t get with my riding mower. I can get 15 minutes working time from each battery included. I recently bought an additional larger battery and that gives me 30 minutes. It is high powered and does the job without using gas. It is easy to use. I simply love this tool!
