I bought this March 2019 so have used it several times. Since I’m an “older” lady, I’m unable to use a gas weedeater. This electric one is quite capable of cutting the most cantankerous weeds. Plus I can’t get the riding mower in the fenced front yard, so the mower part of this great little machine works like a charm. This mower/weedeater is handier than a pocket on a shirt!!

Does pretty good in grass that is light weight and not too tall say over 12 inches…but not so good in really tall grass like a normal gas weed eater. Serves my purpose.

Works fine. Only has one string to cut grass vs two on a regular gas trimmer. Using the mower deck slows the speed of cutting grass, but does provide an even cut like a regular mower. Too slow for large areas or tall grass. Since it electric, it only has one speed vs a gas trimmer with varible speed. Still cuts good as a trimmer without the mowing deck. Need to clean out the grass often when using the mower deck. Overall, it works well for small areas.
