It will cut high weeds and grass. Easy to use as mower. Somewhat hard to get the 2 pieces together. Then when you have used it for a while it usually comes apart and wont go back together until cleaned especially if grass is damp. This is my 2nd one and same problems. Would love corded 1 piece mower this size.

Overall it makes the lawn easier to cut.HOWEVER…..the tab that holds the trimmer in place is around a half inch too short. The four wheeled carriage tends to pop off when picked up certain ways.

I love this little mower! It’s so light and easy to use. I use it to cut the small fenced in area off our patio for the dogs and I can cut the grass and trim the tall weeds growing up against the fence all with one tool! I bought the corded version because I don’t have to go to far with it and I didn’t want to mess around with charging batteries, etc. It’s perfect for my situation.

Be sure to clean up cut grass which is going to be wet patches sticking under the mower unit that if left on the grass will kill the grass. So clean up every 20 feet or so under mower and don’t leave any patch of cut grass on the grass. Trimming functions is fine. I use it on a 20’ x 18 ft backyard.
