I love the little mixer, but the beaters are not that great. I need to replace them, but your parts website only had the plastic storage case. I have only used it a few times and I am not happy with they way the beaters are so flimsy. The whisk is great for pudding. I also would like to purchase a second whisk in case I have an issue with the one it came with. Sigh!

I had one of these for almost a year before it stopped working and I sent it back for a warranty replacement, which lasted about two years. The case is great and I didn’t have any issues with the parts rusting (I always handwash those), but I need to find a more reliable mixer!

I have had this mixer for about a year and use it quite often. I love the mixer, the speed is great and the various attachments are very useful. However, about a week ago one of the beaters broke (they don’t seem very strong) and it is very hard to mix with 1 and 3/4 beaters. Please advise where I can get a replacement.
