I was pleased to see Black and Decker had a replacement for the previous Power-Boost model I wore out. The new model seems to have more power in general plus additional mixing tools for various kinds of uses. I have not tried all of them yet, but those I have worked well. A new surprise is the storage case that comes with the mixer—very handy, but I fear the latch on the case will not hold up well over the life of the mixer though that is not a reason to avoid this mixer. The mixer is a great addition to my kitchen appliances.

I’ve been using this mixer quite heavily for several months now and it has been working great. My wife did use the whisk attachment and it didn’t fair very well. It is currently unusable. But overall, the mixer has been a workhorse for me.

Got it as a gift. Used it maybe once a week or less for 6 mos. speed is great, some difficulty on where to put the attachment ( left hole or right, but easy to get used to. Just memorize where). Whisk got broken. Where can i get a replacement? I have used other hand mixers before and was perfect for more than 10 yrs of use.

I love B&D, so when I recieced this a while back as a gift, I packed it away for down the roadWell when I finally started using it, it has no low speed.Simplest recipe ends up splashed all over.

I bought this a couple of months ago to use in place of my big Kitchen Aid. Ive used it once to make mashed potatoes and it worked fine. I used the whisk attachment and no lumps! My only problem is I seem to have tossed the owners manual by accident and thought I could find one on this site but no luck.

I am very happy with my new black and decker hand held electronic mixer. It performs well and the power to mix my cake , potatoes, eggs and even frosting is great . No problems I just wish I would’ve bought it years ago.
