The BLACK+DECKER Helix Performance Premium Hand Mixer features reinforced nylon beaters with 2x the surface area and 2x the mixing performance. The 250-Watt motor runs at five speeds, including a reduced starting speed to help prevent splatters. Plus, a special turbo boost adds a power boost at every mixing speed to combine thick ingredients in no time. This set includes two helix beaters, two dough hooks, and one wire whisk; allowing you to quickly create cake and cookie batters, bread doughs, spreads and dips, homemade whipped cream, or whipped egg whites for a tasty meringue. All accessories are stored conveniently in the smartly designed storage case, which uses the mixer itself as the snap-on cover. I received this a few weeks ago and I have tried it out with several different types of desserts and snacks. I think my favorite accessory is the dough beaters that come with it. It made mixing the dough so effortless! Also, I love how it snaps in only one way so you don’t have to guess how to put them in. The burst feature is also pretty great. I also love that it comes with a container that snaps on to keep all of it in one place. Such a great mixer! I would recommend this!!

I’ve had the same Black+Decker mixer for over 10+ years. This new one has a nice case to keep everything together. My old one had parts in a drawer separate from the mixer, so I had to dig for them every time. This is the first time I had a mixer with a wire whisk and dough hooks. I didn’t have to get my big unit out to do what this unit does. The whisk was really awesome to use, easier than the manual type. Cleaning the beaters was easier too. They also snap in different from other mixers. They each have different notch design to put it in correctly. If what you are mixing is too thick , just switch from beaters to the hooks. I couldn’t believe it when I saw it had a 3 year warranty too.

This mixer is everything! I love to cook and bake. My old mixer just doesn’t cut it. Trying this one has changed my life! With multiple speeds and even turbo my life has been simplified. You just pop in the attachments you need and get started. The beaters work great. I used them to get my dough started and they were perfect. As the dough was getting thick I switched to the dough hooks and wow! Usually mixers only come with one. There are two with this and what a difference! It was much easier and faster to get everything well blended. Its nice that there is a heel and bowl rest. I don’t have to worry about it falling over in between adding ingredients. You can either sit it flat on the counter or prop it on your mixing bowl. To take off the attachments when finished you just push the speed button in and they come right out. They are easy to clean and store nicely in the storage case. I am so happy with this and will be using it consistently. I’m always trying new recipes so I will get a lot of use out of it. I’m looking forward to using it all the time.

I absolutely love this hand mixer! My old hand mixer is a Hamilton Beach hand mixer. The beaters that came with the Hamilton Beach are starting rust toward the bottom but with the Black & Decker Helix hand mixer I won’t have to worry about that since the beaters are made from a type of plastic material. I was extremely skeptical about the beaters being plastic towards the bottom. After using it I have no complaints! The beaters intertwine together for a more thorough mix. I used them to mix brownies and it went so much more smoother than my other hand mixer. I also noticed that it’s a lot quieter than my other hand mixer as well. The Black & Decker Helix hand mixer comes with additional attachments. It comes with a whisk and dough hooks. I don’t usually those but I’m glad it came with it that way I have the option to use them if I ever need to. My only dislike is the snap on case that’s included. Sadly it didn’t stay on after I put all the attachments in it. Not sure if it was just too heavy or what but it stays on when there’s nothing in it. Overall this is a great mixer. You definitely won’t regret the purchase!

I thought all mixers were the same until I tried this one. I absolutely love it. It mixes up my food so much better than the regular mixers. It gets the clumps out amazingly. I was so excited when i saw it had dough hooks. I make homemade pizza once a week and usually use a spoon to mix it up and never get it all mixed together. This was such a great feature that all my wet and dry ingredients mixed together beautifully. I cant wait to tell all my friends about this mixer.

This hand mixer is the best one I have ever used. The helix beaters work very well…way better than the traditional ones do. It takes a lot less time to mix something and get everything fully incorporated. I mixed my mashed potatoes with it last night and they were so smooth and creamy and the motor didn’t seem to mind that there was so much because it zipped right through them. I also noticed that the beaters kept the sides of the bowl clean as well. The best part is all of the different attachments it comes with as well as the case. If I could It more stars I would. Definitely recommend purchasing one of these!!

I absolutely LOVE this hand mixer. It has 5 speeds and a boost button. It also came with a whisk and those metal things to make dough. This item makes it so much easier to make creamed/mashed potatoes, which is the main reason I wanted it but you can use it to mix anything. Definitely worth it!

This B&D Helix Mixer is the best hand mixer I have ever bought. I have used it to mix my Pizzelles and bread batter that have a thick batter and the beaters are so easy to use I went slow and easy and the batter did not even ride up to the body of the mixer like my other mixers did. I would buy this one again for sure.
