The BLACK+DECKER Helix Performance Premium Hand Mixer features reinforced nylon beaters with 2x the surface area and 2x the mixing performance. The 250-watt motor runs at five speeds, including a reduced starting speed to help prevent splatters. Plus, a special turbo boost adds a power boost at every mixing speed to combine thick ingredients in no time. This set includes two helix beaters, two dough hooks, and one wire whisk; allowing you to quickly create cake and cookie batters, bread doughs, spreads and dips, homemade whipped cream, or whipped egg whites for a tasty meringue. All accessories are stored conveniently in the smartly designed storage case, which uses the mixer itself as the snap-on cover. Cleanup is a breeze with the auto-eject button that quickly disconnects the dishwasher-safe mixing tools. I’m not sure where to start, this is one awesome hand mixer, it mixes the ingredients well with nylon helix beaters, your able to increase the speed to get all the ingredients blended and mixed well. It comes with two dough hooks and a wire whisk to help you with a variety of mixing your recipe ingredients. It’s lightweight and has a heel / bowl rest that keeps it upright, cleans well and ejects the beaters fast. Dishwasher safe. The case is able to contain all accessories while the mixer body rests on top of the case. I’m in love with this Helix Performance mixer and will be using for my cooking and baking needs.

I love this hand mixer! It’s cute, space saving design is awesome. It was fun using all the different attachments, which I just made cookie dough, but I wanted to try them all. This was my first time using a hand mixer. I was a little nervous, at first, but that quickly went away. The instructions made every step very clear. It even told you what attachment to use for which task you were doing. That made using the mixer very easy. I made cupcakes and homemade buttercream icing and they turned out absolutely perfect. Putting the attachments in the slots was very easy. I also love that the eject button is so easy to use and the attachments pop right out. This mixer has a lot of power. It has five speeds and a turbo speed, as well. The power cord is plenty long. I am very pleased with this mixer.

I absolutely love the Helix performance mixer! I’ve tried many mixers through the years, this is my favorite. Usually when I use a mixer half of what I’m making gets stuck in the beaters, this is not an issue with the helix. Everything stays in your bowl and mixes throughly. But, the best part is the beaters are so easy to clean! I recommend this to everyone.

This mixer sure does have the power….I was easily able to whip cream cheese straight from the refrigerator with out a problem! The 5 speeds is nice, you can start off super slow so everything isn’t flung out of your bowl yet there is a special turbo boost for super thick ingredients. All accessories are stored conveniently in the storage case, which uses the mixer itself as the snap-on cover. No more looking for the beaters! Very nice light weight mixer.

For how much power this mixer has, it really isn’t very loud … which is great! I was able to mix a batch of cookie dough without any power loss. It comes with a box that holds all of the attachments, so there isn’t any hunting in the drawer for a beater anymore! The only downside to the box is most of my cabinets are too short to store it in … by only about 1/4 inch.
