The BLACK+DECKER Helix Performance Premium Hand Mixer features reinforced nylon beaters with 2x the surface area and 2x the mixing performance. The 250-watt motor runs at five speeds, including a reduced starting speed to help prevent splatters. Plus, a special turbo boost adds a power boost at every mixing speed to combine thick ingredients in no time. This set includes two helix beaters, two dough hooks, and one wire whisk; allowing you to quickly create cake and cookie batters, bread doughs, spreads and dips, homemade whipped cream, or whipped egg whites for a tasty meringue. All accessories are stored conveniently in the smartly designed storage case, which uses the mixer itself as the snap-on cover. Cleanup is a breeze with the auto-eject button that quickly disconnects the dishwasher-safe mixing tools. I have been needing a new mixer for the longest time and this one fell into my lap! I love all the features of this product! From it having five speeds to the turbo speed to get heavy thick batters to combine.To it coming with nylon helix beaters,2 dough hooks, and a wire whisk. It comes with a storage case for your accessories. Easy to use and easy to eject accessory to use another. The mixer contains a heel to bowl rest which keeps the mixer upright. The accessories are dishwasher safe. I highly recommend this product to anyone that cooks and bakes this product is awesome!

The first thing I noticed about this hand mixer when I took it out of the box is how lightweight it is. (My old mixer is a little heavy). I have used this one a few times without any problems. I love the Helix blades. They do not scratch up my bowls and the batter does not splatter as bad. It comes with the Helix blades, a whisk and bread dough hooks. There is a snap-on case that stores all the accessories and then fits on the bottom of the mixer. It has 5 speeds and a turbo button. I have mixed cream cheese and shredded cheese together without any problems. I have also creamed potatoes and they turned out great without being lumpy. This will be my go-to mixer over my older one. I received this free in return for my opinion.

I got this mixer to test for free. It works just fine. I worry about the nylon beaters holding up over time, but the other attachments are metal and work great. The snap on storage case is a bonus and makes it easy to keep the attachments together. Good amount of power with the 5 speeds, and easy clean up with the popping out of the beaters. All around a nice mixer.

Hand mixers are always a nice option to have when you need to whip something up. I have a large stand mixer, but hand mixers can be much easier and convenient. This product was impressive. The different speeds as well as turbo option give various control options during use. Once you get the hang of application and removal of the attachments, it’s pretty simple to use. The helix beaters are a cool change and help mix things up quicker and easier. The only issue I have with them is that they are made of a plastic material and I am worried they will break at some point. The storage case is very convenient and makes it to where I don’t have to worry about attachments getting lost. Overall, it’s a nice mixer that can handle mixing a variety of ingredients. I was satisfied with the product.
