New from BLACK+DECKER. The advanced helix design improves mixing performance by maximizing beater overlap and mixing ingredients in multiple directions. The BLACK+DECKER Helix Performance Premium Hand Mixer features reinforced nylon beaters with 2x the surface area and 2x the mixing performance. The 250-watt motor runs at five speeds, including a reduced starting speed to help prevent splatters. Plus, a special turbo boost adds a power boost at every mixing speed to combine thick ingredients in no time. This set includes two helix beaters, two dough hooks, and one wire whisk; allowing you to quickly create cake and cookie batters, bread doughs, spreads and dips, homemade whipped cream, or whipped egg whites for a tasty meringue. All accessories are stored conveniently in the smartly designed storage case, which uses the mixer itself as the snap-on cover. Cleanup is a breeze with the auto-eject button that quickly disconnects the dishwasher-safe mixing tools. I’ve had the same Black+Decker mixer for over 10+ years. This new one has a nice case to keep everything together. My old one had parts in a drawer separate from the mixer, so I had to dig for them every time. This is the first time I had a mixer with a wire whisk and dough hooks. I didn’t have to get my big unit out to do what this unit does. The whisk was really awesome to use, easier than the manual type. Cleaning the beaters was easier too. They also snap in different from other mixers. They each have different notch design to put it in correctly. If what you are mixing is too thick , just switch from beaters to the hooks. I couldn’t believe it when I saw it had a 3 year warranty too.

This hand mixer is a definite upgrade from our older Black + Decker version. We appreciate the 3 different attachments. The standard “helix” beaters are more efficient and easier to use. And the whisk really whips up egg whites effectively. We’ve yet to try out the 3rd attachments. It was an economical purchase and we’re glad we have it.

This is a great little hand mixer – first off it’s not too heavy yet it’s sturdy so you can get your mixing done easily. The shape of the beaters is new to me and I find them did a great job. I love there is 5 speeds and the turbo gives a nice boost with heavier needs. This mixer is quite easy to use and I love the bowl rest area so you can easily add ingredients or get what you need! I was so pleased with the performance and the included dough hooks, whisk & the storage case. There is always a question, where to store your mixer! Simple to operate & works great!

I thought all mixers were the same until I tried this one. I absolutely love it. It mixes up my food so much better than the regular mixers. It gets the clumps out amazingly. I was so excited when i saw it had dough hooks. I make homemade pizza once a week and usually use a spoon to mix it up and never get it all mixed together. This mixer is everything! I love to cook and bake. My old mixer just doesn’t cut it. Trying this one has changed my life! With multiple speeds and even turbo my life has been simplified. You just pop in the attachments you need and get started. The beaters work great. I used them to get my dough started and they were perfect. As the dough was getting thick I switched to the dough hooks and wow! Usually mixers only come with one. There are two with this and what a difference! It was much easier and faster to get everything well blended. Its nice that there is a heel and bowl rest. I don’t have to worry about it falling over in between adding ingredients. You can either sit it flat on the counter or prop it on your mixing bowl. To take off the attachments when finished you just push the speed button in and they come right out. They are easy to clean and store nicely in the storage case. I am so happy with this and will be using it consistently. I’m always trying new recipes so I will get a lot of use out of it. I’m looking forward to using it all the time.

I absolutely love this hand mixer! My old hand mixer is a Hamilton Beach hand mixer. The beaters that came with the Hamilton Beach are starting rust toward the bottom but with the Black & Decker Helix hand mixer I won’t have to worry about that since the beaters are made from a type of plastic material. I was extremely skeptical about the beaters being plastic towards the bottom. After using it I have no complaints! The beaters intertwine together for a more thorough mix. I used them to mix brownies and it went so much more smoother than my other hand mixer. I also noticed that it’s a lot quieter than my other hand mixer as well. The Black & Decker Helix hand mixer comes with additional attachments. It comes with a whisk and dough hooks. I don’t usually those but I’m glad it came with it that way I have the option to use them if I ever need to. My only dislike is the snap on case that’s included. Sadly it didn’t stay on after I put all the attachments in it. Not sure if it was just too heavy or what but it stays on when there’s nothing in it. Overall this is a great mixer. You definitely won’t regret the purchase!

So happy I got this. Really like the fact of the cord being built in, with my old mix the cord was always coming out. No more searching through my variety drawer for the beaters and cord. Love all the whips that came with it. Great idea of putting it all in a bin to keep all together. My neighbor will be borrowing it more even though she has a 5 qt. kitchen aid mixer, she says mine is so much easier.
