I bought this toaster about 2 months ago and so far it works great. I am very happy with my purchase and the quality of the product This toaster works great at toasting my bagels and toast quickly which I love. I love the stainless steel coloring, it matches my kitchen perfectly. The toaster doesn’t seem to get very hot on the outside which is a great safety feature as well.

We’ve used our Black and Decker toaster for almost 2 months now and there have been no operational issues at all. The toaster toasts evenly and has adjustments that are easy to use for different toasting functions. I read a couple of reviews where people complained that the toaster was slow, I’ve not found this is a problem. Nearly every toaster I’ve used operates using 1500 watts or less. The Black and Decker operates on 1500 watts and is just as fast as our previous toaster, however the Black and Decker toasts more evenly and both sides are toasted evenly. In addition to the browning timer this unit has buttons for frozen bread and bagels, it’s easy to use and provides everything I need in a toaster.

This is the first toaster I’ve had in a long time that the bagel setting works…But I tried hamburger buns on the bagel setting and the tops of the buns toasted. How did the toaster know they were not bagels? If the idea of the bagel setting is to warm the tops why not just not turn on the outside elements? I’m sure the tops will get nice and warm with heat from the other elements.

This toaster is a great toaster for the price. I have had this toaster for a few years and it is still working perfectly! I bought this toaster because I was upgrading my kitchen from black appliances to stainless. I like the bagel function as it toasts just the cut portion of the bagel. My husband likes his toast barely toasted, while I like mine to actually look like toast. This toaster was a great choice because we can both have all toast exactly how we like it.The crumb trays are easy to access and dump. . I highly recommend this toaster.

Me and the wife bought this 12/05/10. accommodates different thickness’s of food. cancel button instead of yanking on the levers to cancel. easy to keep clean. Works very well!

Second one I bought, now one also in vacation home. A real workhorse. Only suggestion I have is to paint the little dot on the darkness knob for easier visualization. I used my Scripto to highlite it.

They come out softer with a crisp that I love. Toast comes out perfect using the adjusted settings and the crumb tray is easy to clean. I definitely recommend.

We were using a 4 toast toaster that half of it shorted out and caught fire, so needless to say, this was a welcome addition to our kitchen. My husband wants to keep the old one because half of it works but I reminded him we had a house burn down 3 doors down for electrical reasons and we werent going to be the next family living in temporary housing.
