I am quite pleased with this. It was actually preset (purposely or accidentally?) when it arrived so the toast came out perfect the first, and every time, I have used it. I previously owned a toaster that was made in China and it wasn’t worth the bread crumbs in the crumb tray. I will only buy Made in the USA appliances from now on. I knew from past experiences that I could always count on Black and Decker products!
