This oven performs as advertised and toasts bread perfectly. I thought the trays were missing until I realized they were in a separate box. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it gets extremely hot on the outside. I thought it would be like my Black and Decker Toaster that stays cool on the outside.

It fit the bill perfectly as it was the exact model that the developer had used when creating the original CONTROLEO 3 model. i have always loved my B & D ovens , this newest one did not contain a baking rack and unfortunately my older racks baking sheets do not fit this model. does not toast bread evenly, very disappointed in product. in the past i have gifted your product to friends, now not so sure.

This was a gift and I thought I got all the treys but I did not. So I just use it for baking and not for grilling hamburgers and the like. I especially like making all kinds of sandwiches and pizza with naan bread. Can I order a tray that hangs under the grill? I would like to try making hamburgers and keep it clean.Thank-youTom Wedlick

Just bought today. Confused by directions that say aluminum foil will cause the toaster oven to over heat. How can you bake a potato with out wrapping it in foil. Does not seem to heat up as quickly. Can foil be used on the baking pan to avoid clean ups? Can’t find a Q & A on the site.

I went shopping for a replacement for a failed toaster oven. I discovered that the Brick and Mortar stores in my area all had a very limited selection. I recalled that we have a basic Black & Decker model at the vacation cottage . An search found the same model at a fair price on your site.
