I think this toaster is sufficient for what I need it to do… toast, but I still haven’t figured out how to configure the trays and bake pan. The instructions manual labels the parts but never gives you instructions on where to put them. Wish I knew how to properly use my toaster

Overall, the toaster meets my needs. However, the product is slightly smaller than the previous model that I had, so it can only handle two slices of the larger pan size bread. When you put in the larger slices of bread, there is a spot in the center of the slice that does not brown like the rest of the bread. Also, it has taken a while for the control dials to loosen up with use. For the first month or so, I needed a gripper to move the bottom dial.

the timer rotating dial is really hard to turn off for some people. It was much easier on our previous version of this toaster oven. Otherwise, fine.

I bought this model to replace a different brand which was no longer operational. I use it daily for toasting and heating muffins etc. I love everything about it except the Timer/Toast Knob which is difficult for me to turn with my arthritic hands. I placed a heavy duty rubber band around it and still struggle using both hands to turn it.
