Basic and functional. A bit narrow between the rack and burners but they have a guard and it fits into my narrow space safely which is 90% of the reason I purchased it. Does what it needs to do. Bread toasting is fine although a bit faster than my previous Black and Decker. All it all, basic, functional and inexpensive. I use it daily and have had no problems. This is a short term investment and I expect I will replace it with a new one within 2 years. For the price, that is fine.

I bought this for my SIL to replace an older toaster oven. She said she loves it! She cooks pork chops, hamburgers, toast, pot pies and many things with it. It does a fine job with these foods. It came assembled in the box so you can just plug it in and go!

We still have our first Black & Decker toaster oven from our wedding 26 years ago! Thank goodness we put it in the attic each time we bought a new one. I’ve bought two others, one a Black & Decker, and neither held up much over a year. We considered a new one because our first one is not very pretty anymore…melted plastic bread bag on side of the top, discoloration from other items left on top, the left hinge is hanging precariously together, and the switches are losing their film coating. But this has been the best toaster! We have not cooked a lot in the new oven yet, but our oven browns on the ‘white’ toast setting. Now that we know that we can toast, warm, and brown with the best of them. We look forward to getting rid of the 26 year old oven if this one serves us well!

I have been using this for over a year and I love this toaster! It has an extra wide slot for a bagel and honestly, this is my favorite part of the whole toaster! It also has a frozen setting, and is a very attractive color. This toaster toasts nice and evenly.

This toaster has been the best toaster I have ever used. It toasts your bread evenly on both sides. You don’t have to worry about burning one side without toasting the other. My most favorite feature about this toaster is the quick stop button. If you can’t wait any longer for your toast, you push that stop button, and pop! You’ve got your toast. Plus, cleanup is a breeze and the brushed stainless is so easy to keep fingerprint free.

Prior to ordering the Black and Decker toaster oven, we owned a convection toaster oven. For a year I tried to use it but never could get used to the heat it provided. Too much heat. The regular toaster oven provides just the right amount.

The toaster oven is ok. The problem with it is there was no instruction booklet with it. Had to look at the picture on the box to make sure I put the tray and rack in. No warranty papers, no cooking guide, no cleaning instructions.
