Unboxed yesterday and it’s a good looking piece of equipment for the kitchen. Lacking in the instruction area.. but it is easily set up. Probably could have given a couple recipes to go with it, really focusing on the “air frying” feature. We made nachos last night, quick and easy— lined the basket with tin foil and used the broil feature, 5 minutes. They were delicious but nachos are easy… I’ll let y’all know when I put a hot pocket to the test.

This is a very nice toaster oven, with a caveat. It’s very large, and so it can hold many different sized items, and comes with multiple included accessories to help you bake and fry! It’s got many different settings, and overall seems to work well.The caveat however is that the temperature Control seems a bit off, causing it to overcook items unless you adjust the temperature down a little from what the recommended setting is. Otherwise it seems to work well.

I just purchase this toaster oven/air fryer, and so far I really like it, it would have been nice to have a booklet of instructions with it…never purchase an item that did not have one…but I was able to figure out how to air fry and it works great…still would like a booklet.Annie

I was getting sick of 2 things. Turning on my oven & heating up the whole house to bake something small and using a bunch of fattening oil to have delicious fried food. This solved both problems!! I can quickly bake up even larger pizzas without hearing the whole house! And this magical toaster oven not only toasts perfectly it will air fry anything and it comes out tasting just as good as if it was deep fried without all the artery clogging oil! I love this thing, can’t imagine daily cooking without it. Highly recommend!

I received this model as a Christmas gift and wanted to start using it so went to the Black and Decker web site to find recipes. The recipe I found said to set the air fryer temperature and 250. How can you set the temperature? No instructions!

B&D REALLY messed up by not providing a “traditional” Owners Manual! However, if you really look at the “folder” that comes with the product AND follow the simple instructions, you will be able to use it AND love it! We’ve used the Air Fryer feature several times, usually for french fries and potato “chunks” and have been very pleased! Just use common sense and follow the instructions! It’s really a GREAT product!

Just bought one of these products. I read the reviews before using. I did use a little cooking spray on the drip pan and basket beforehand. This really helped with the clean up although the drip pan seems to be of poor quality ( it sratched up quite a bit) I was dissappointed to find that my basket was already bent when I opened the box too. Is there anyway to get a replacement basket? I would also like to find some replacement drip pans and other acessories for this item. Instructions were good but no cook times ( I copied the link you posted though) Items cooked well and tasted really good. I look forward to using the air fryer a lot! I like that it’s bigger and seems easier to use that other air fryers.

I bought this item today and I was very confused when I didn’t found any instructions or cooking guides.i used the air fryer option already and noticed that the cooking was not evenly I have to flip the empanadas cause it cook super fast on the top but not the bottom..not sure if that’s supposed to happened like that.Im excited about what this product offers but I got concerned after reading all the reviews.

Just received the Crisp’ n Bake Convection Airy Fry Oven. While excited to try it out, upon open it I was shocked by the pamphlet which your website considers a “manual”. SERIOUSLY…what a JOKE! The so called “manuel” in 3 different languages is a waste of paper and ink!!! General info but no specific details and it’s the same info posted on your website. How in the world do you all expect a consumer to know the specifics to use the air fry function or even the other options? Air fry from fresh food/frozen food…types & how long? Is the drip pan suppose to be used when on air fry? I mean, seriously folks, why do companies always assume the consumer knows the ins and outs of a product. Definitely can’t and won’t recommend crisp n bake convection air fry oven since I have no idea when to use some of the items, timetable of food, or what it can actually do. Guess I’ll return this and find another company’s product that provides clear detailed instructions and sample recipes and if not enclosed with the product, at least listed on their website, unlike your site. Pick up your game Black + Decker.

I purchased this as my 30 year old B&D toaster oven needed to be replaced. I love sweet potato fries but they never came out good in the oven. That’s why I wanted the air fry feature. I love it! My fries came out “restaurant quality”. Pizza reheats well, the toaster oven has a lot of features and looks nice on my counter top.

After using mine for over a month, it is proving to be a “go to” appliance. This is more accurate and easier to clean than my old toaster oven. B&D dropped the ball with providing guidance for using the air fryer. (Some other companies figured this out, do a search for airfryer toaster oven recipes.) From what I read, this airfryer operates at 400°. I don’t know why it’s not adjustable like others. Hopefully they’ll fix that in the next models. Now that I figured out how to work it, I love using it. Is it perfect? No, but for the price range it is a great appliance.

I got this for Christmas it works good but they manual that comes with it is a total joke, it doesn’t give you any cooking times for the air fryer option. I have an smaller Black & Decker air fryer that cooks faster and better. I am not that impressed with it.

Bought this mostly for the air fry function. First one we received was DOA. No heating on any function. Where was the QC? Temperature control knob was nearly impossible to.turn. Timer control knob ticking amusingly loud like something out of an action movie. Obviously we returned it and took a chance on another oven. Second one is perfect, worthy of five stars. Hope it lasts. Our original Black and Decker is over 20 years old and still works perfectly. Lastly, dimensions on Home Depot site are incorrect. They show 20.6″ W by 15.5″ D by 13.8″ H. True dimensions are 17.75″ W by 12″ D by 11.25″ H. Weight shown online is 16.82 lbs. True weight is 9.6 lbs.

I am a black and decker fan. This product is great. I rated it a 3 for the simple fact that I purchased the product bc of the multi function. My biggest one is the Air Fry option. I am a first time user and have no idea how to air fry. There are no instructions, no recipes. How do you change the temp for the air fryer without it going to bake mode? How long so you air fry chicken breast and French fries? Must I apply some type of oil before air frying? How does this work? Please help ASAP!!
