Great Counter-top Toaster Oven !! Arrived safely- packed well.A bit small than I expected. But, boy it bakes nice !! I especially like how the handle is located on the door. My previous oven- I was always burning the back of my hand when I opened the door… No problem with this oven !! Handle is well out & away from the surface of the door !!I’ve toasted bread, made a sheet cake, baked breaded pork chops, green bean casserole… Black & Decker is the BEST !!

I have toasted and baked in this oven and it has worked fine up until the timer now stops before finishing. The heating elements stay on so it can burn whatever is in the oven if you are not watching. Is there a fix for the timer? It is only about a year since I bought the oven because of good reviews and have so far been pleased with it.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced toaster oven, i would recommend this one from black and decker. We have used it for grilled cheese and other sandwiches. I was hoping it would be a littler smaller so that I could keep it on the counter space, but while it is small, it isn’t something that I want to keep out. I unfortunately have to store it when we are not using it.

I have had the oven for a year. Instructions said not to use brillo pad on tray or aluminium foil. Tried dishwasher and totally discolored tray. Googled what to do and found that I should soak in vinegar. Now the tray has rust marks all over it. Why did you make a tray that could not be cleaned. I need to purchase a new tray.

i purchased this 4 months ago , works fantastic no problems at all.. great for broiling chicken and sausage etc. heating things up and making the best tomato and cheese sandwiches ever.. i love this little toaster besides for the money .. i would have paid 3 times the amount .. it is absolutely FANTASTIC!!

I bought the 6 Slice Convection Countertop Oven but no instructions came with it. I have used it in a limited capacity and it works great but I would like to get the full benifit of this product. It doesn’t appear that they have a cxustomer support where it could be easily downloaded.

I bought this black and decker Convection countertop oven today. all my life I have used black and decker because of quality. when I seen how big the oven is, wow it can bake two pizzas at same time!it even has a timer and 3 shelves as well. it is big enough but yet small enough to make some serious food…

1) The wire ribs on the slide rack are too far apart. For some food items this allows them to drop or droop down between the wire ribs. 2) The slide rack also does not have a stop to keep it from being unintentionaly pulled completely out. 3) It does not toast both sides evenly.Other than these minor issues I am satisfied with the product.

This is a nice toaster oven and is nice for broiling, toasting, and also for heating up food. The one thing about it is that the metal tray could be at least one inch wider. This would still allow heat to get up around the sides.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this, being my first toaster oven I have owned. I was delightfully surprised at how much you can actually make in this toaster oven. It handles many things that a full size oven can, without throwing a bunch of extra heat into your kitchen. Works great for warming up leftovers, and also frozen dinners.The only complaint I have is the inconsistency between the top and bottom when making toast, but it’s not enough for me to not recommend this product.Overall good product, solid construction and design.
