I was so excited to find a convection oven under $100 that I could fit a pizza or a 9×13 pan into. It looks great and works wonderfully for small, short cook items. But it doesn’t hold higher temps for longer cooking items. I put a temp gauge in it the second time I did a frozen pizza – it goes right up to the required 400 degrees in 6 minutes, but once I put the pizza in, it dropped to 325 and never got back up over 350. I guess you get what you pay for!
