It is very good, better than expected. Large capacity with even heat temperature. Has a large clear window for watching the baking process. The temperature does seem to be lower than the setting so we just allow extra time or turn the knob up slightly. Does not heat up the counter nor the handle as others have said in reviews. Would recommend it to others.

I purchased this oven the 5th of July 2018, I wanted it because of the size and also like Black/Decker ovens, However the top burner browns the food before the bottom browns,or even gets done. I have lowered the bottom rack as low as I can, when I baked a cake in it today, had to put a piece of foil on top to of the pan to get the cake done so it did not burn, anything I cook does not cook the bottom as soon as it should, Have tried multiple temps with no success. I like the oven except for this problem

I purchased this a few days ago and I really enjoy the quality and different cooking choices. I would agree the instructions need to include:1. How to pre-heat the toaster oven. I have not figured that out. It appears when I turn the temp knob I have to turn the timer on while it’s preheating. 2. The drip/cooking pan needs to be bigger than 9X13. Should be 10X14 or larger than 9X13.

The Toaster Oven is great. It makes good toast bread and baked goods. It’s well worth the cost and makes it easier to toast and bake instead of using the regular oven. It’s built well and looks good enough to leave it on the counter top. We use it almost every day for one food or another. The oven met my expectations. I’ve only had this product for Two weeks but I love it. The only drawback is that the knobs are hard to turn.

Great idea. Black and Decker always been dependable This takes over 20 min preheat, then only cook items at 325 F or less. Sadly, I had purchased to do my first holiday baking since cancer Not hot enough SO SAD.

IAM GIVING IT 4 STARS.IVE ONLY HAD IT FOR A SHORT TIME. ITS LARGE ENOUGH FOR A 13/11 PAN.AND THATS REALLY NICE.AS WITH ALL OVENS OF ANY SORTS ITS A LEARNING THING. HAD SOMETHING CALL FOR 400 DEGREES.I TRIED IT AND WAS TO HIGH FOR THE MUFFINS.TRIED IT AGAN LOWERED THE TEMP GREAT..

Attractive appliance…of course it hasn’t been used yet!:) Last month ordered a smaller toaster oven and the tray is not wide enough to fit in side groove. Do not understand why companies are making the tray too narrow to fit without using the rack. With OCD do not want to back splattering foods. But look forward to using a larger toaster oven so I don’t have to squish food to fit.

I bought this several months ago and have used it in many capacities- baking, reheating and toasting. However, if the crumb tray is left in the oven while toasting, the underside of the bread remains soft and does not toast. It toasts fine if I remove that tray, which seems to defeat the purpose of the tray, because then crumbs can fall to the bottom of the oven. Now I’m wondering if I should remove it when baking, as it seems to take several minutes longer for some things to bake even if I use a higher temperature. It seems like the tray blocks the heat underneath the food. I would like to know if it is meant to be left out sometimes to allow for the convection air flow to be more effective. Other than this issue, I do like it.
