I was so excited to get this product since it does so much and is so large but the very first time I used the air fryer I realized the heating elements are not covered or protected by anything so if food drips (or mozzarella sticks explode in my case) it lands directly onto the heating elements which are impossible to clean. Unable to place pan below the air fryer basket as there just isn’t enough room and that could screw up the air fry process. Clean up was a nightmare! SO disappointed.

The controls are very self explanatory. I air fried some chicken and it came out juicy and so good. Toasting my bagels in it make them so much better than a toaster wit a bagel setting. My husband and I are going to cook a cornish hen in it tonight with some veggies! Great product.

Great product. We were debating between this and the $200 Cuisinart model. With good reviews for both, we decided to go with this one for the larger size, more attractive looks, and cheaper price tag because Black + Decker hasn’t let us down in the past. We love it!! It bakes great, toasts evenly, the air fryer is fantastic, and it’s under $100. Definitely glad we went with this model.

I’ve only used a few times and only the bake setting. Food came out evenly cooked and nicely browned. Great for heating a frozen pizza, faster than the oven. Only complaint is limited instruction manual and the timer. With the timer it seems if you “overshoot” the time on the dial, you can’t turn the dial back counterclockwise to reduce time. Now I just skip the timer altogether and choose the setting where oven stays on until I manually turn it off. But still a good purchase and would recommend at this point

This oven is reasonably priced and does everything it claims to do. The first day we make sweet potato fries and they turned out light and crispy. We have since baked brownies, lasagna veggies and chicken. Love that my 9 X 13 pans fit in it. I recommend this product.
