Overall well pleased. Performs well for baking and toasts uniformly. A few things could be improved such as suggesting to unplug the unit after each use. A clearer indication of whether the unit is on or off should be provided when the power button is pushed. The timer increment needs to be smaller than 1 minute. For the toast function, 3 minutes overcooks the bread and 2 minutes undercooks it.

I do like it, however the fan is loud, my old one was much quieter. I really like the size! It will allow much larger items to be heated up. Buttons are little hokey, but overall, so far a great unit.

I love using a toaster oven since it is more convenient and uses less energy than firing up the oven. A microwave while fast and convenient can really change the tastes of certain foods. My only drawback from using my old was the small size; it didn’t hold but 4 slices of toast and it certainly did not hold a 9×13 baking dish which drastically cut down on the items that I could actually bake in it. The whole reason I ordered the Black & Decker 8 slice toaster was because it says that it could fit a 9×13 baking dish. I am so glad! That opened up the world of possibilities for me with regards to dinner. It doesn’t use as much electricity and even more importantly for me, it doesn’t heat the kitchen up during the hot summer. I found that it does hold a large baking dish. The bread that we buy has larger slices so we found that the toaster only holds 6 slices but that is plenty for us.The convection technology cooks more even and faster than my old basic toaster oven. I like the buttons on the oven, they work well and are easy to operate. I love that it has a timer. Definitely love all the operations and features of the oven but the main thing for me is that I can fit a baking dish inside!

Oh my gosh why can I not say about this I was able to cook so much from cakes to pie to wings and pizza to chicken and even a casserole . I haven’t had to turn on my oven for so long that I don’t even know how to use it anymore LOL I highly recommend this to everyone and to my family and friends that have come down they even Lovet it to make things. had a family gathering and they made French toast dinner, toast, bacon and some even made egg casserole. The unique settings that you can use our perfect so you don’t burn over cook anything and there is enough room but if you have to cook something on the same settings that you can do that it’s easier to clean doesn’t take up much room on the counter and it replaces a lot of things you can get rid of your toaster for one and if you have the old-style toaster oven you can get rid of that as well because this does so much. I am working on a video so that everyone can see all the amazing things that I actually can do I can explain so the video will explain everything in detail of what it all does. Once again I truly believe this is an item that you all need.

Oven delivered on time and with no damage. Size OK but temperature was off by 25 degrees. I have to sit and watch whatever I am cooking to keep an eye on the thermometer I place inside. Sometimes it is cooler than the factory temp sometimes hotter and things burn. For pies I have found placing foil on the top of pie and removing it for the last part of bake stops it from burning on top.

This is my second purchase of this toaster/convection oven. The last one crapped out after about 7 years of continuous use. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I feel like the price is a little high. Other than that this is a great little oven. It doesn’t heat up the whole kitchen like a regular would, especially in the summer months. It will easily fit a 9×13 pan, or a pizza, which is one of the main features for me.

B&D convection oven is awesome. It is more for beginners though, I would say, as the temperature can’t be dialed precisely but you can get close and drop or add a minute. It does not come with beginner instructions but Google has what you need.

Spacious and excellent value, but keep away from kids because top and sides reach 170 degrees F when oven is at 450—there is no insulation. Exterior and inside dimensions are as specified but drip pan and rack make the maximum usable interior height 5.5 inches. Icons on keys; helps at first to make enlarged copy of small picture in manual and write notes on that. Nice to use and straightforward after you use it once or twice. We use as oven, not toaster. Would buy it again.

This oven is great. It looks good and fits on the counter nicely. One of my favorite features is the removable drip pan. This feature makes crumb clean up a lot easier. The down side to this oven is that it only has one rack so you are not able to cook two different things at once.

I researched toaster ovens with excellent ratings on the Consumer Reports site before I placed my order, because I wanted the best quality I could get for the lowest price in the top bracket. That was this oven, which also had the necessary internal space for larger dishes, like baking bread in a bread pan. I was that careful because you can make toast in a toaster; this product needed to have a greater variety of features. My research has proven wise; this really is the best and most versatile toaster oven for under $100, and it has similar operational ratings to the $200 and $400 models. I’m happy I got it.

This toaster oven has every imaginable setting anyone could need. It’s easy to use with labeled buttons and can fit just about anything imaginable without having to heat up the big oven. The only downfall is that it is rather big (it is the wife model after all) and some people may have trouble fitting it into their kitchen. I still haven’t settled on a permanent spot in my kitchen yet.
