The Black and Decker – Crisp ‘N Bake Air Fry Digital 4-Slice Toaster Oven came very well packaged. Instructions were easy to follow and I enjoyed the recipe ideas that also came with the toaster oven. It’s much more than a toaster! Chicken nuggets were our first food and they were much crisper than when baked in an oven. The toaster takes awhile to heat up. The only feature I do not like it the door opening. It does not have a spring or stopper, so I worry the kids will open it too hard the break the door.

We have a kalorik bucket style first and loved it but it was just hard to clean and awkward to keep out 24/7. When our toaster oven died I wanted an all in one unit and this popped up on sale. First off it’s decent looking and does multi functional cooling like bake/broil/fry/toast but the air fry function just never seems to get hot enough to Cook anything. It takes 30 mins to cook a few strips of turkey bacon to a semi chewy crisp where our old one would cook it to burnt in about 5-10. Cooking anything larger takes a very long time. I’m not sure the air fry function is powerful enough to actually “fry” anything. Maybe we got a dud but compared to our old one this one is lack luster and I wouldn’t recommend. I’ll be on the lookout for a better replacement on sale somewhere.

Received this about a week and a half ago and we’ve used it so many times since receiving it. I was skeptical on the air fryer function working well but it was great! We actually purchased some Publix fried chicken one night that was seriously lacking it’s usual crispness and bite, we popped it in with the air fryer setting and it crisped it right up! Love the digital display, it’s been a huge upgrade from what we had before.
