It is solid and well built. It has small footprint for a 4 slice toaster. The controls are easy to use. I especially like the slid out crumb trays making it easy to remove crumbs. The toasting function works great. We have had it for about two months.

So far so good. It actually got my toast the perfect shade for me. The slots are big enough that bagels don’t get stuck and I have not burned one yet. Another nice feature is that the toast comes up higher making it easy to remove, my old one was hard to get pop tarts out of but this is perfect. At age 59 I must say this is the best toaster I have ever used! hopefully it will hold up well.
