I received this product about a month ago, let me tell you, it is fabulous. It makes perfect waffles. The perfect consistency. My family loves it. I love the face that I can easily make grilled sandwiches. I was skeptical about how well it would clean up but its so easy. Pop the plates out and toss them in the dishwasher and you are done!

Its also great for grilled cheeses which come in handy when when you have finicky teens who survive solely on grilled cheese, ramen noodles and candy. This small machine is amazing. It cooks everything so well and quickly, and it’s not big and clunky. Definitely saving space because there is no need for 3 machines. They do promote it as a Morning Meal station, which it is great for, but you can use this for lunch, dinner or a snack. So many possibilities for meals with this.There are lights on the top that indicate when the appliance is on and when the appliance is ready to be used. The handle stays cool and there is a latch on it to keep it closed for cooking certain things. The plates pop right off when taking them off, but it takes a little getting used to holding the tabs and trying to slip the plates back in after I put on new ones. They are very easy to clean, a little soap, water and a sponge. I’ve had no issues with stuck food either.Overall this machine is completely worth getting, I have no complaints about it, and it’s so versatile and easy.
