The C400-XT connects to your devices via Bluetooth 4.1. It also features multipoint technology, which lets you pair the headset with two devices simultaneously. For easier pairing, this headset also uses NFC technology, allowing you to pair with an NFC-enabled device simply by tapping them together.
With 3 different wearing styles, this headset has over-the-head and two behind-the-neck options (left and right), which is ideal for those who wear hats. Bought this unit to help with hands free use around the office. Prefer this type of set up vs the in-ear fitment. Using the behind the neck over the ears mount for my application which works okay, better than the over the head as far as keeping the headset well positioned but the part that goes over the ears is not very comfortable. Edges are not as softly rounded as the should be so I bought some silicone pads meant for eye glasses and placed them as you would on glasses temple for the same purpose and that helped quite a bit with the comfort. The behind the neck band also isn’t very malleable so manipulating it to get a better fit for a head shape that doesn’t inherently match the shape of the band is not really possible.
