I use the Bona wet mop, it is simple and convenient. I have a hardwood kitchen and dining room floor, a quick sweep from a broom and then a go over with the Bona keeps the floor neat, If course, it doesn’t replace a more thorough cleaning by scrubbing build up but is good for picking up loose crumbs, dust, and dirt. My floors have are large by square feet and one Bona wet pad gets very dirty causing streaking so I replace it with a second clean pad, I like also that the solution is not chemical passed and food safe.

I received this product (Bona Hardwood Floor Wet Cleaning Pads) for free in exchange for an honest review. I received this product in the first week of January and waited until I got a few good uses in before reviewing product. When I received this product it was poorly packaged and slightly damaged as some of the contents had leaked out and had soaked through the shipping box.Product comes in a plastic tub containing 12 pre-soaked disposable cleaning pads similar to other floor cleaning products. This product is designed to be used with their Bona mops and attaches to mop via velcro strips located on the mop and pads.I normally clean a medium sized room (24′ x 30′) with bamboo flooring using a Bona mop with a washable pad and Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner and am pretty happy with the results. So I had high expectations for this product. Taking the first pad out of the plastic tub and it is literally dripping with cleaning product even after the aforementioned damage in shipping. Pads are nice and thick and hold lots product with two velcro strips on the back to attach to your Bona mop. Attaching pads to the mop is straightforward as you can either place the pads on the floor or press them directly onto the mop head with your hands for a more secure connection. I had a well used mop so some extra pressure was required to get them to stick. Overall the disposable pads cleaned well, however, I felt that I had to do more work to clean the floors with the disposable pads than with my normal mop. Here’s why. When you first use the pads they are dripping wet and by the time I finished the room the mop head was dry. What I ended up doing was going back over the beginning of the room to soak up some of the cleaning solution and then going back to the dry areas. This resulted in extra work. I was also somewhat worried about leaving that much moisture on my wood floors and possibly causing damage.Bottom line: This product cleans floors well and is somewhat convenient, but I recommend using Bona mop with reusable mop head for a more even cleaning.

For in between cleaning these cleaning pads work wonderful. I will certainly will keep using them. Hardwood floors are only beautiful when they are clean and this is the way to keep them that way.

The Bona Hardwood Floor pads is a product my wife has been wanting to try for a long time. The entire first floor of our home is hardwood, there are hardwood oak stairs to the second floor, and we have 3 dogs! These pads do a great job of picking up, (and holding on to) dog hair, bits of grass and dirt they track in, and day to day dust. We have found that the “wet” solution on Bona pads seems to outlast that of competitors pads thus are more economical to use.Bona pads also leave a nice sheen on the floors that holds up to normal foot traffic very well.In the photos you can see my daughter (hands and feet), giving the Bona pad a “test drive”.The ‘hook and loop’ type attachment system is GREAT! The pads actually stay on.

I have been using these hardwood floor cleaning pads on a cleaner mop of another brand. They come in a nice resalable pouch and work great. They do a great job cleaning with minimal streaking. They are extremely easy to change out so it keeps you going and doesn’t slow you down. These cleaning pads are a great value over other products available on the market and work great.

Gave these floor pads a try instead of my wet Swiffer pads. Like that they are specific for hardwood. I used them with my dry Swiffer mop and just wrapped the pad around the top – worked just fine. I attached a before and after photo – thought they worked pretty good, saw instant results. I deducted 1 star because there are only 12 pads (use 3 today) and the outer box appeared to have a leak when they arrived. But overall pretty happy with them.

I have older hardwood floors throughout the house, including the kitchen, that needed refreshing, and these cleaning pads did the trick. They cleaned and put a shine on the floors that dried to a great look. No sticky or greasy feel when you are finished. The pads fit in most “swiffer” type cleaners and were very easy to attach, change or throw away.
