Great product. I recently had all of the original hardwood floors in my home professionally sanded and stain and polyurethane reapplied. My contractors did an outstanding job (real artists). This was the ONLY product they recommended using for cleaning the hardwood floors. They claimed that if I used only this (or water) that it would not break down the polyurethane over time, meaning that if I want to refinish in the future all I will need to do is light sanding and reapply the polyurethane. If I use other products it will soften the polyurethane and make it gummy, and then if I need to refinish I’ll have to strip it completely (down to the base wood).

the correct cleaner to use on hardwood floors. use according to label directions. i use it on my hardwoods that have a flat poly finish. floor looks great. just rinse the pad after each 4 sq foot or so. this way youdon’t get any streaking.
