If your looking for just a floor cleaner then this product will clean the floor . Refreshing the floor , not so much . As soon as the floor dried it went back to looking normal again . But then i was expecting a shine or some type of wax in the product but it really does not have that . You need to use a microfiber pad to apply it to your floor or a cloth if your doing it on your hands and knees. Bona is the name of the product and i guess i used to much as it took the full quart just to do a 8×10 area of my foyer .
