The Bona solution and mop do a good job of cleaning my tile floor, but I am unable to remove the plastic bottle to refill it. I have tried to watch the UTube videos, but none of them will play. Was happy with it, now not so much. My yes response below is a maybe.

I like this product and have used it for a number of years. However, after purchasing the redesigned 34 ounce cartridge, I was disappointed. I originally thought it was my fault but after reading the reviews, I believe there is a fault in the design. My bottle leaked as well when stored. I hope you are looking into this as it seemed to be the major complaint even though the majority as well as the complainers liked the product. Thank you for listening.

This is the first Bona product that we have used that is NOT for hardwood floors. It does a good job like all the hardwood floor products we have used. It seems to clean thoroughly without leaving a residue or film on tile floors. Since it fits onto any Bona mop like the hardwood floor cleaner, we merely had to replace the hardwood floor cleaner bottle with this bottle. That takes literally a few seconds. It doesn’t have a strong odor. It just seems to leave a clean smell. Looks like we have another Bona product we will be using for years to come.

Easy to use tile and laminate floor cleaner. To be used with Bona Stone, Tile & Laminate Floor Mop which can be purchased separately but can be used standalone if you don’t have the matching mop. Cleans thorough enough for me but it all depends how dirty your floor is prior to use. Instructions are easy to understand. Dries really quickly and leaves no odors or residue. Waterbased solutions for a less toxic world for those who are environmentally conscious.

I have been using Bona for over 15 yrs but I hate the new bottles they leak, the old design was so good never a leak you need to take care of this problem I already lost one bottle bought a second one but it also leaks, bring back old design!!!!!!

I just purchased the Premium Spray Mop for Tile and Laminate floors. I find it quick and easy to use. The only problem that I’ve had is when I push the mop forward it squirts out a little of the cleaning product, even when I do not squeeze the handle. This is my first use of this product and don’t know if it just needs to get “broken” in.

Effective Floor Cleaner with Green Guard “Gold” certificationDISCLOSURE: We received the “Bona 34 oz. Stone, Tile and Laminate Floor Cleaner Refill Cartridge” free from Home Depot’s “Seeds” program. Home Depot only asked that we provide an honest review.We’ve been using Bona’s cleaning products for hardwood floors for many years and with great results. But our most recent home has many areas with tile floors so we wondered if Bona had a product for tile, too. They do. It’s called Bona Stone, Tile, and Laminate Cleaner, and we found it worked just as effectively as their hardwood floor cleaner. The refillable cartridge bottle that fits in the Bona mop makes it very easy to use, much easier in our opinion than cleaner in a spray bottle — especially when you’re trying to clean lots of square footage quickly.A few items to note:1) Bona seems to have changed the physical size and shape of the cartridges that fit in their mops. That may not seem like a big deal, but at a slightly taller height, we had to move the shelf in our cabinet of cleaning supplies up a notch to accommodate the new cartridge format (see pics).2) The new cartridge bottle also has a different style cap, which was far more difficult for my wife to remove than the previous/original style cap. She thinks it would have helped if the cap was textured to make gripping it easier.3) Bona’s Stone, Tile and Laminate Cleaner doesn’t look much different from their cleaner for hardwood, so you might be tempted to buy only one of the formulas and use it on all your floors. Don’t. My wife tried the hardwood cleaner on our tile floors and tried the tile cleaner on our hardwood floors. In both cases, the result was not optimal, so the formulas really are unique and suited to the specific flooring material listed on the cartridge.4) Bona’s Stone, Tile and Laminate Cleaner carries the Green Guard “Gold” certification. If you’re trying to reduce chemical emissions in your home or office, this is a real plus. My wife is particularly sensitive to fragrance and harsher chemicals, and she can use both Bona cleaners with no issues at all!5) If you have both hardwood floors and stone, tile and laminate floors, you should consider purchasing a separate microfiber cleaning pad for your Bona mop to use with each type of cleaner. We got better results when we splurged on a second cleaning pad.6) If you’re frugal like we are, do note that the cartridges are refillable. So don’t discard them when empty! Simply purchase the larger, more economical 160 ounce size of Bona cleaner and use it to refill your mop cartridge.Happy cleaning!

This Bona cleaner is a good product to clean and not damage floors in the home. This cleaner is for tile, laminate, wood and stone. It has a pleasant smell- not strong at all. I cannot take the ammonia or pine cleaner smells. This is a refill cartridge for the Bona spray mop. There are thirty four ounces of cleaner in this bottle. Since this is meant to go directly on to the mop, this is not a concentrate. It is full strength. As I have another brand of spray mop, I just poured some into the tank of that mop. This is not a review of any mop, just the cleaner. The cleaner left a slight shine on the floors. It did not dull the floor with harsh chemicals. It cleaned up the spotting of the traffic area by the front door and in the kitchen.

I couldn’t find the refill cartridges anyway in the greater Dayton area (retail or grocery stores) so I was happy to order these however, when squeezing the handle only small squirts come out and I can’t figure out why. I’ve been using by sticking my finger in the hole and “swishing” it throughout my floors and tile.

This is a particularly useful product because it works with both tile and laminate, so obviously if you have both kinds of flooring, you only need one product. I give this product a 4 out of 5 mainly because of the cost. If you already have a cartridge, its much more economical to buy the gallon refill jug–although of course I get that one is paying for convenience when choosing the refill cartridge.

I purchased the first Bona mop 3 years ago, and loved it….I had a shoulder injury few years ago that needed to be repaired through surgery- for few years I had issue using other mops, because of the pain- however ever since I purchased the Bona mop it seems much easier to use, it slide effortlessly and the product leaves my floors very clean without going over a second time- yesterday I had to go buy a second Bona mop stick because the one that I had the handle broke right off….Still, would I buy it again?? Yes I did….Overall I love the product…Highly recommended!!
