Absolutely wonderful French Press! I’ve always wanted one and I’m so glad that I got this. It is a high quality item. I actually bring this French Press to work. I’m a nurse and coffee is a must! We’re not allowed to plug in “unapproved” electrical appliances, therefore this works perfectly for us! Strong, great tasting coffee, no electricity needed! I love the sleek stainless steel chevron design and the mesh filter that lets the coffee steep but doesn’t let any coffee grounds thru! Space saving design looks great on the counter, plus it’s so easy to clean. I’m very happy with this product and highly recommend it!

The glass French press coffee maker is both functional and lovely. We’re avid coffee fans but realized in all the years, we hadn’t tried a home coffee press. But now we’re glad we have! The item arrived quickly and well-packaged. It was packaged in *several* layers of bubble wrap. Once I made it through the wrapping, I was stunned by the beauty and craftsmanship of the press. The design of this glass and metal pitcher is like artwork. Yes, it looks like the photo, but what I hadn’t realized was the intricate design of the metal work (it reminds me of deco or Frank Lloyd Wright in styling). Its condition was perfect, probably with thanks to the thick, protective packaging. As for its actual function, I at first overthought the device. But the direction booklet is clear, and the brew steps are few. Coffee from the press delivers a very fresh tasting brew. That it pours from such a lovely pitcher only sweetened the experience! I keep the picture on display between uses!

This Bonjour french press has a “Flavor Lock” knob that you can turn to transform the filter/screen into a solid separator after you’ve plunged the screen down to the bottom of the carafe. Normal french press coffee makers have a filter/screen so that you can press the coffee grounds to the bottom of the carafe, while the water passes up through the filter as you press the plunger down. Then the coffee grounds are sitting there at the bottom, only separated from the coffee that you want to drink by a permeable filter, until you pour your cup. But with this Flavor Lock, your coffee won’t be sitting next to your used coffee grounds, thereby allowing you to keep coffee in the carafe longer. The carafe isn’t insulated, so it doesn’t keep the coffee hot, however the glass is much thicker than the glass that I’ve seen in cheaper carafes.As with most coffee-making contraptions that don’t use disposable filters, there is a bit of cleaning required to clean out the old coffee grounds, but this unit comes apart completely and is pretty easy to put back together.

I keep mine at my work desk and use it EVERY single day that I’m at the office. This is a sturdy french press, and has a handle that is bigger and much more comfortable to hold than others I’ve used. It’s beautiful to look at. It’s a little heavier than I’d like, but it makes it feel like a solid product. I especially like that the parts of the plunger (the mesh screen and Flavor Lock filters) are numbered, so I remember which order they go in, after I’ve taken them apart to hand wash.

This french press replaced our last one when the screen came off the press. We have used this press about 3 times a week for a month and we are very happy with it. It does the job while being stylish and sleek on our countertop. Everything fits snugly. Easy to press and easy to clean. Our old press let grounds into our cups. This one, not a one. Really nice design French press made of stainless steel frame and heat-resistant borosilicate glass. the filter with rod can close to stop the brewing process unlike others that are constantly brewing. It makes great coffee in about 4 minutes and it’s well worth the wait. I don’t have a coffee machine so this worked out perfect for me. I’m now keeping it at my office because the coffee there is not great so now I make my own to enjoy every afternoon.

The best French press we ever had. We received it today and already enjoyed a few delicious cups of coffee. This French press has a stainless steel frame and made out of borosilicate glass, which almost completely resistant to any temperature shock. The flavour lock stainless steel filter system is very unique, using it you could stop brewing your coffee at any time. It means that you can have your coffee the way you like it. We love this French press and would recommend it to everybody.
