The torch is really easy to fill and easy to use. I had bought it to make creme brûlée as a surprise for my wife, and it worked perfectly. Just be sure to check the flame level setting before using it each time. The adjustment lever is easy to move and sometimes gets turned down accidentally.

I am impressed with this product. I researched many kitchen torches before purchasing this one. I did not want to spend a lot of money on an item planned for low usage. However, since receiving the torch I have used it much more than expected. I use it primarily for creme brûlée but have found other uses in the kitchen. Lighting the torch can be a little tricky and sometimes requires 2 hands. I find it lights best if the torch is held straight up and down. Also, refilling can be messy. I refill it over a sink as there is a mist from the fuel canister. Overall, I really enjoy using this kitchen torch. My friends are impressed with the results.
