I used the kit to make a mobile base for my wood lathe. The only problem I have found is that the one end only rolls in one direction. Since the fixed wheels are on the light end of the lathe I need to add a way to lift that end and move it sideways. For a long tool that is a problem, for shorter tools that would be OK. I have a drill press on a 2 fixed/2 rotating wheel base and have not had a problem moving it around.Overall I’m very happy with the kit, it has help me move a large tool for a good price.

It was a good set up but they should have an option of all 4 wheels swivel instead f just 2. makes it more practical to store away the table and radial arm saws.

I got this to go under a RIDGID 6″ jointer, 215 lbs. So far it is working real well. I used 3/4″ plywood and would recommend nothing less. Also wish the lip around the edges was taller. For the price it’s a good product.

Using this on a 14 inch band saw. Assembly was easy. When parked the weight transfers from the 2 caster wheels to 2 adjustable landing pads. Rolls well and very stable when parked. Better than wheels with brakes.

Easy to assemble, and low enough that it made getting a drill press moved on to it a snap. Drill press was too heavy to lift but after getting it on the base it slid the rest of the way. I like it much better than the shop fox I’d gotten fo another tool. Being able to mount the wheels at a right angle to the platform made it so that they are out of the way when working with the drill press.
