Description
The PM-3245 is an industrial strength, fully-adjustable rolling T-Extension platform for your PM-3500 mobile base (not included). It expands your existing PM-3500 mobile base from 32″ to 45″ in 1-inch increments to accommodate 30 in. 52 in. fence systems. When coupled with a PM-3500, the 1700 lb. weight capacity exceeds the competition by hundreds of pounds. The all-steel construction, solid corner brackets and smooth casters with one locking foot-lever ensures the strength and stability that you are looking for. Ideal for almost all large machines, such as band saws, planers, and jointers or anything else that you need to make “mobile”. Everything you need is included and we back it with a full one year warranty.

The Bora 3500, 3550, and extension, are by far the best mobile bases on the market that I have found. In this category you get what you pay for and these are worth the cost. I have this extension on my old 52″ fenced Unisaw connected to a pm3550 base. Together they allow me to move my saw at will, but also allows me to plant it firm on the floor while using the saw. Locking casters on other models still have play and that can be dangerous. When you operate the foot lever, it lowers the base on to the floor using a padded foot plate. This means your equipment is on the floor secure and that offers a better and more safe operation. Then when time to move that equipment, it excels in ease of use and effort.

I needed to extend the side table on a cabinet saw. Adding this side base worked perfectly. The only complaint is that the clamping foot is not relocatable, only one set of holes were drilled dead center.
