I got a great deal for the set. Beside , Bosch Bulldog is very handy hammer drill. Plenty of power. drilling around 50 holes in concrete , took around 3 hours , when trying to do same with Makita drill took forever

This ‘Boschhammer’ is an incredible machine. It is much lighter than other demolition hammer drills and more powerful than most of similar size ad weight. It is the ‘standard’ unless you consider the much more expensive Hilti-drills. We have blown out a cheaper model quickly, this one only used a few weeks, but we used a previous model for many years. I expect this to last as well for many years and many projects. HomeDepot.com carries it at a great price as a single unit or comb- pack with grinderFor light demolition and drilling in concrete (we did up to 5/8″) – I highly recommend this hammer drill

Bought this yesterday to add drainage holes in the wall around my swimming pool and gardening areas yesterday…. Took me about 25 minutes to drill one hole with a regular drill and a 1″ Mason bit… Once I got this beast, 1 hole took less than 30 seconds!!Secondly, the HD representatives helped me decifer between products within the same price range. Butta’ baby…this tool made my job as easy as a hot knife thru butta’. This drill, combined with the bulldog bit went through 50 year old concrete with heavy aggregate a breeze. I also grabbed a chisel bit to work on some pavement stones. Will provide an update later.

Good value for the price. Performed very well. Used it to bore 3.5″ diameter hole through 6″ of concrete. It takes about 5 hours to break the tool in for good hammer action (instructions indicated this and I found it to be about right).
