Purchased this when my store had them on clearance, and it was surely a steal. Great power to weight ratio with this rotary hammer. Use it primarily to drive ground rods. Noticed that it was replaced on the shelf by a model that was made in China, which I would have passed on.

Bought this at the start of constructing our retirement home. Has exceeded all my expectations for a small hammer and drill. For doing Tapcon holes in cement nothing faster than this unit. A must have tool you won’t regret the purchase.

Have to say Bosch makes a superior demolition tool. it chews through concrete like a buzz saw. one tough tool, would recommend it in a hearbeat.

After using Hilti rotary and demo hammers for over 25 years, we made the switch to Bosch about 2 years ago and we have been very pleased. While the Hilti may be a slightly more robust tool, the Bosch is more then capable. The Bosch 11264EVS specs out similar to the Hilti TE-70 in blow force, BPM and RPM while weighing nearly 7 pounds less and at 1/3 the cost. Performance in the field mirrors the “on paper” numbers and is practically identical to that of the higher priced Hilti. For us the Bosch makes better economic sense and is capable of standing up to the rigors of day to day commercial general contracting use and abuse.

Every time I go to rent a rotary/demolition hammer it was a craps shoot. Half the time they lacked the necessary power or were just a plain lemon. This hammer will do any job you throw at it. It’s expensive yes, but we all know you get what you pay for. Bought the 1-1/4 model first and it didn’t quite have the power I wanted. So I just went ahead and bought the biggest one I could find in the store that day. I have since busted up over 1,000 sq ft of asphalt and some concrete. Dug through rows and rows of hard clay, I have striped tiles and tomorrow will be tearing up 500 sq’ of out door carpet. Definitely worth the price tag if you can afford it.

I have had my sds hammer drill for over 7 years, using the sts precussion and core bits up to 1 1/2″ dia. the drill has never let me down, only replacement part I have used is a new chuck, which is simple and quick to do. best drills on the market

I bought this to replace my Bosch hammer drill that I bought as an apprentice electrician 24 years ago. You just can’t beat the quality, reliability and value of these drills.

Hammer/drill has a lot of uses. I have used it to drive rebar into the ground, bust up tree stumps, and concrete work. I would have given it five stars if the price tag was a little more reasonable. But the hammer does work and work very well.

This is a powerful tool with many settings that get the job done in a hurry. The bits for it are real well priced. Its easy to use and will pay for its self easily. Worth every penny. Love it.

What a wonderful demo hammer and drill. It’s got plenty of power. With its two settings (plus a turbo boost) either demo hammer or rotary hammer drill, there is practically nothing you can’t do. It’s durable, it is quality to the max, perfect weight, smooth power. I use it to dig holes with a 4.5 inch clay spade and it pulverizes even the hardest of soils. Lately I have faced some of the hardest dry hard packed dirt ever. Water does not even drain penetrate thru this soil in a few days. Gypsum or other soil softeners have no affect. It’s like brick or cement. Digger bars or picks just bounce off this soil. But not this hammer demo drill. It is amazing tool for my landscaping business, it makes demo and construction much easier. I totally recommend this tool. It is one of the easiest no-Brainer 5 stars ever.

Have not used it as yet but your specs say cord length 54 feet, not so, …. cord length is 10 feet.

The company I worked for dealt exclusively with Bosch tools due to their striking power and durability. You will not find a rotohammer better than this one for the price. It is comparable, and in my opinion better than any Milwaukee or Hilti on the market. I’ve used Hilti and they do not have the anti-vibe handle that Bosch offers. Having that feature is a great asset, especially for repeated drilling or chipping.

Awesome tool light weight very powerful it has everything you can dream of and its state of the art tool but I will not buy that for digging ground or working while bending.

This is an excellent tool and may be overkill for many DIY home renovation projects, but if one considers the cost of rentals, including the tool bits, the payback is probably less than 10 projects. Make no mistake, this tool is “hard-core,” a serious “pro” tool.” For my first reno. project, I used it for removing 30 year old tiles from a concrete floor, and the residual tile cement. The tile cement was so firmly bonded to the concrete floor, I couldn’t remove it by any manual means (hammer and concrete chisels). However the Bosch ripped it up with no problems, except for the dust!! Highly recommended. It also drills and breaks up concrete with no problems.

Bought this rotary drill one year ago for drilling fence post holes into lava rock. Worked great using a portable generator in the field. It also was perfect for removing tile in a bathroom remodel, for hammering through concrete slab and light rebar in the home to move water pipes. This tool is amazing and very useful for demolition projects (and Hawaii fence posts).

This was is a bad mojo, so light my wife could use it. I spent close to a grand with all the attachments but I couldn’t have done the job without it!
