Don’t know how I have got by without this tool. Very quiet tool for a hammer drill. I construct a lot of decks and when I have to drill through a concrete wall, this is the best tool I have ever used for that. It’s light weight and very powerful. Drills through like a charm.

I just wish that in “hammer mode only” it wouldn’t stay on. The stop/release can be cumbersome while machine is hammering away. Otherwise, this thing kicks asss. Big time. I suppose it makes up for it with the variable speed dial. Love this tool.

I’ve been hauling this rotary hammer and a 2000W generator to backcountry boulderfields to split and shape stone. I’ve gone all the way up to 1 1/2″ bits, and have put in hundreds of 1″ x 8″ holes for feathers & wedges. Very solid tool. The splines on the bit get almost as hot as the carbide tips – make sure to clean and grease your bits. I’m very happy with this rig.
