Easy to handle and has enough power to complete job. Could use a little more juice but overall effective. I managed to cut about 1800 meters of concrete at 3/8″ depth before motor started to lose a bit of power. Machine died after 3.5 years of use or approximately 2500 meters of cutting.Replaced with another one. Big con to this product, you can’t seem to buy the grinder by itself. I’ve seen other dust covers on the market with better visibility but quality of other grinders unknown. Dust cover from bosch seems to make this grinder overly expensive

The product works great. The only downfall is that it gets a little heavy if you use it for an extended period. That’s because you have the weight of the grinder and the vacuum hose. Without the vacuum it would cause a really dusty work area.

I had been using a compressor and air chisel to remove the mortar between the bricks in my basement walls which was very taxing on my air compressor and myself. I purchased this Bosch tuck pointing grinder and it cut through the mortar like it was butter, I couldn’t believe how easily cut through the mortar. The vacuum attachment and depth of cut adjustments are a big plus. You definitely will need to use a heavy duty vacuum cleaner and a respirator when using this tool but it really slices through the mortar making the job a lot easier and quicker to do. If you’ve got to remove mortar from between some bricks then this is the tool to get.

This is a great tool made by Bosch for tuck pointing. This really reduces the silica being spit into the air compared to just a regular grinder. Thanks for the innovation and making my job a little easier!
