The dust shield itself is decently well made. Seems expensive for what it is. The site lists VAC002 as being compatible with this dust shield but the adapter does not fit. Taking off a star for this misleading information.

This really makes straight cuts and cuts of consistent depth in concrete a simple and relatively clean process. I’ve used it for tuck pointing, cutting tile, joints, and even cutting drainage grooves in concrete and tile patios. Indoors the vacuum port can be hooked directly to a standard metric vacuum hose, like a Bosch, Festool, or Fein. You would need an adapter to use an American vacuum. Outdoors, I attach a 1-1/2 in sink drain slip joint elbow to the vacuum port just to direct the dust away from me.The only catch is that this will only fit a Bosch 4-1/2 to 5 inch angle grinder, and not all of them. It will not fit the 4-1/2 inch SLIM, but most others it will.
