For cutting 0.062 aluminum sheet metal and 0.062 aluminum c-channel, both available at THD, this 18 teeth per inch blade is the only Band Saw blade that works with the Ryobi 9 inch table mount Band Saw. I would not recommend cutting thinner metal with a 18 count blade.

The saw blade fit the band saw perfectly. This replaces a 1/4″ blade that would twist and bind in the material. The 3/8″ blade holds straight and true: The material cuts like butter (aluminum) and does not bind at all. I purchased several of these blades and will be buying more as needed in the future.
