The self-centering drill bits works as described. Saved a lot of time when attaching several hinges on a folding mobile workbench I was building. Did not have to spend time locating and marking the mounting holes for the hinges. The spring loaded drill bits centers on the hinge mounting holes and drills a hole for the mounting screw.
