Bosch CM10GD 10 In. Dual-Bevel Glide miter saw delivers accuracy and cutting control at all angles, as well as durable precision throughout the life of the tool. The innovative Axial-Glide System provides wider cross-cuts, enhanced alignment and smoother glide, and the compact design takes up to 10 In. less front-to-back workspace than a slide miter saw. With a 15 Amp motor providing 4,800 no-load RPM, there is plenty of power. Adjustable miter and bevel detents enable users to make precise common miter and bevel cuts, and the override allows for easy angle adjustment. The bevel lock lever and range selector are located safely upfront so users don’t have to reach around behind the saw to make a bevel adjustment.
- Expanded cutting capacity: 12 in. horizontal capacity (nominal); 5-1/2 in. vertical capacity against the fence (base); 6 in. crown capacity against the fence (45° spring)
- Upfront bevel controls all-metal bevel lock lever and range selector located upfront for quick and easy bevel settings without reaching behind the saw
- Chop/crown lock: locks head in place for maximum chop cutting capacity for upright base molding and nested crown molding
- Tall sliding 4-1/4 in. fences: for easy bevel setups and increased crown and base molding capacity
- Large easy-to-read uniform bevel and stainless-steel miter scales: 52° left/60° right miter capacity; 47° left/47° right bevel capacity with marked detents and roof pitch angles
- Includes: 10 in. 60-tooth blades, material clamp, dust bag
- Adjustable miter detents: detents at 0°, 15°, 31.6°, 22.5°, 45°, 60° right super-accurate and durable design
- Push-button miter detent override easy-to-access thumb actuated control right up front for fine miter angle adjustment
- Bevel detents: 0°, 33.9°, 45° left/right for accurate cuts
- Category best 90% dust collection optimized for cutting 2X material with a vacuum
- Ergonomic ambidextrous trigger handle with soft grip large form fitting ergonomic handle provides comfort for all-day use

Happy I went with this over a conventional sliding miter saw , the space savings and look of the saw are great in my small shop.Wouldn’t recommend it as a job site saw, the dewalt seems more bullet proof , but it(the dewalt) takes up too much room when mounted at home, and not as ergonomic( or fun to use ) as the Bosch .

This was a huge upgrade from my old sliding compound miter saw. Love the articulating “slide” mechanism. So smooth!

my son bought me the CM10GD as a replacement for a 17 year old Ridgid 12″ compound miter saw that was losing the bearings in the gear/motor asembly (which is no longer made) I was honestly a bit skeptical at first, but after he helped me get it set up and made the first couple of test cuts, I had my turn, I’ve built a couple odd sized door frames and picture frames. only thing We’ve done is replaced the blade with a Freud 90 tooth ultimate finish blade for the framing we do. Only ting I think could make it better is a second material clamp for better handling of long pieces.

Came square out of the box and with the extension wings, Bevel handle a bit tough to use, need to break it in. Dust bag works pretty good! Heavy! Blade guard should have had open fins/sights thoughtout. $350 for T4B? No thank you. Overall Great Saw, Happy with purchase.

This is my first glide bevel saw. It took quite a while to learn all the modes of operation. While the manual was well written. I feel the instructional videos about each feature would be very helpful.

The saw was easy to set-up & start using. Out of the box it is accurate & efficiently cuts thru plywood, MDF & 2” stock without any issue. So far, very pleased with my purchase, as this will be a focal point in my shop.

Bought last winter, great working saw, set up very nice. Like how you can adjust the miter from the front instead of from the back

I was looking for a new saw to mount to my bench, so I was looking for one that would back right up to the wall without interfering with the slide. There are only a couple of sliding miter saws that do that and I spent a month going back and forth looking and debating. The Bosch is a little heavier but I knew it was going to be stationary. It has by far the smoothest slide and so far the only issue I have had is dust collection. Im working on setting up a better dust collection to remedy that but other than that, not a single complaint.

When I saw this Bosch miter saw I know I had to have it. Purchased it to replace my 3915 model, and I am very impressed with its accuracy. It is rigid, very smooth to operate, and the axial glide system allows me to place this new saw much closer to the wall than my old one.The dust collection system could be better… Thanks to Bosch for this great product

Honestly, although this thing is on the larger side, It isn’t being marketed as a compact. What you get for your money is pretty incredible. The glide system is really a micro feat in engineering all by itself and if thats all that this saw had to sport, I’d still be interested. Instead though, it offers up-front bevel controls, the smoothest (pre factory greased) fences with cable catches so they don’t fall away if removed, an extremely solid frame and a blade size that covers almost all of my cutting bases (and yet isn’t astronomically expensive to replace). I do with this came with a sort of shadow light system but I ended up making my own and adding it to the saw. Even without it, I had to buy this after seeing it in person at a buddies house.. it’s a pleasure to work with!

One word describes this saw – Wow.Because I have a small shop, size was very important. you pay extra money for this convenience but well worth it.
