I am super impressed with how well and aggressively these bits cut! I am 50 years old and have been doing carpentry both as a professional or a diy’r for over 35 years and these are some of the best mid-point price range spade bits I have ever used. I bought them to used on pressure treated 4x4s and 6×6 posts because I didn’t want to ruin my more expensive ones. However, after what feels Like a million holes, when most lower cost bits would’ve been dull, these are just as good as the first use.

This is a great drill bit. It pulls itself through the wood like no other bit because of its design. When measuring the finished call with micrometers, it was spot on. That solved the problem that I was addressing.

The Bosch Daredevil bit has given me a vey clean cut throughout the drilling process. I did not have to turn over the piece of wood to ensure there wasn’t ant splintering on the underside. Also the bit is very sharp.
