Didn’t find stud through drywall on lathe plaster wall. Finds power in wall ok. Tried all 3 settings. Works good on drywall

Great stud finder. I got so tired of putting holes in my work piece that were not in a stud so I finally bought a high quality stud finder and it has been worth every penny it finds the center of the stud on the first pass you don’t have to go over it 5 times to find the stud. Can’t beat Bosch quality!

So far, I used this scanner to install a closet organizer. I couldn’t believe how accurately it pinpointed the center of the studs. This is by far a lot more accurate than any of the other stud finders I’ve used. Can’t wait to use it on my basement remodel project.

Works very well and pinpoints drywall stud center. Seems sensitive to electrical and static electricity so placing hand on wall eliminates false AC warnings. Screen is easy to read in pretty much any orientation.Only downside is the marking guide for center is not well defined as it should be.
