Performs so much better than the Bauer originally purchased at Harbor Freight.

Love it. Went with the “upgraded” Bosch for the extra $50-$60 and its worth the difference in feel and power. It’s a workhorse… makes tile removal an easy job, works well in demo and drilling with reduced user fatigue (comparative to similar prices models).

This SDS drill was purchased to replace a 20 year old Bosch unit that was similar that was used regularly.

Good, light weight, easy to use, every effective. I bought it to use mostly for the electric chisel feature, hammer drill is also quite good.

I like the drill But sometime the trigger seem a little slow to respond. Other than that I like it. It’s less than a month old.

This is not my first and not the last tool. At each project, it is necessary to have. Based on the fact that Makita has risen in price, I chose Bosch. But I am concerned that after, about 20 minutes. drilling a concrete wall with a 5/8 drill beat, it warmed up like an iron and began to smell like overheated metal. We must assume that this is not the tool that can perform volume work. Even within promised specifications. It’s a pity.

This model is made in Germany unlike the other less powerful model made in Mexico selling at the same price. The choice is obvious.

I bought this tool a few months back and it has been a life saver. I have renovated multiple bathrooms and have used it in the demo process and it has cut my time in half. Best of all it has saved a few years off my body and for that I am truely grateful!!!!!

When I started looking for a rotary hammer drill, this product stood out based on the great reviews everyone gave it. I’m sure there are products that are better, but I doubt there are any better that are in this price range. It REALLY is a good as everyone says. So far, I’ve only used it to break through concrete slab in my house to install new plumbing, but it’s performed exactly as I’d hoped. Really a solid tool.

I used the GBH2-28L to carve a 3.25×10 vent opening on my house’s wall. The tool is very well balanced and cuts through concrete and blocks like butter. With it, I used the Bosch SDS self-sharpening chisel and the pinpoint chisel (in Hammer mode) to carve away the poured concrete and the block. It really didn’t take much effort, you just press down on it and concrete immediately started to break apart.Got a few rebars and was able to use the chisel to separate the rebars, before using a reciprocating saw to cut the rebars. The tool even comes with a towel for you to wipe away the dirt once the job is done. A nice touch. This one is actually Made In Germany.Things I really like:- It locks chisel in place so it doesn’t rotate around during use in hammer mode. To reposition the chisel, simply rotate to drill mode and set the angle before switching back to hammer mode.- The hammer action is adjustable (light to heavy)- It’s got a slipper clutch so if it does get jammed the thing will slip to prevent twisting your arm.- It’s also got a vibration control feature so when working, you feel minimal vibration transferred to your hand, not like some other hammer drills I used, which numbs my hand in just a few min.- SDS-Plus drill bits and accessories are actually superior in producing maximum torque while cheaper to buy than traditional round drill bits.Highly recommended rotary hammer drill, won’t go wrong. Probably best in its price category.

This is our second Bosch, the first one was purchased 10 years ago and has been used not only on the job site, but has been to Haiti 12 times building houses. I haven’t taken the old one apart yet, but I suspect that either a wire has loosened or a bad switch. I bought a dewalt, only lasted 6mo.

The rotary hammer drill has a good carrying case and a very good weight to work all day…
