The Bosch Rotary Hammer Drill performed as advertised. I removed a six inch thick chunk of concrete that was dumped at the side of our house after builders completed the addition to my house. Took care of the concrete quickly. I would definitely recommend the Bosch Rotary Hammer Drill.

I accidentally bought this model, since it was on sale and was the same price as the 8Amp model. Was previously using a battery powered hand drill that also had a hammer drill option, which a full day to drill 4 holes through stucco. This Bosch made easy work and each hole took less than 15 seconds each (what a difference). This drill requires SDS attachments and would recommend using smaller bits and working your way up if precision size of the holes is important, which was for me (wall anchors).

The gears shattered in the other name brand Hammer drill I own ! I purchased the Bosch rotary hammer drill this time. The Bosch got the job done. There will be tests for this tool in the near future, if it’s anything like the Bosch jig saw or router I think I’m good !

This was the first rotary hammer I bought; I have used it on a number of jobs and it works extremely well. Great for removing tile work with the tile chisel and drills into concrete like it’s soft wood. I’ve lent this to a number of friends and family member and everyone has only good things to say about it. All around a great tool.
