The Bosch GCL 2-160 Self-Leveling Cross-Line Laser with Plumb Points package delivers a laser with all-in-one versatility, providing highly visible lines and points that can be turned on independently or together for horizontal/vertical level and plumb transfer applications. This laser has a visible range of 65 Ft. It features VisiMax Technology, which monitors power consumption to maximize line visibility and extend battery life. The Smart Pendulum System self-levels with an accuracy of up to ±4°, and it indicates out-of-level condition. The manual mode locks lines for use at any angle. Robust over-molded construction – IP54 ensures splash water/dust protection for years of dependable operation. It comes with the RM 2 Magnetic Rotating Mount with Fine Adjust that rotates 360° by the precision of a fine adjustment knob. The Bosch BLAZE GLM 42 135 ft. Laser Measure is a fully featured, easy-to-use tool, with a display guide that uses words, letters and icons to walk the user through each measurement process. It provides real-time length, length, area, volume and indirect measuring functions, and it has a 20-measurement storage capability and addition/subtraction functionality. The digital bubble vial provides a visual reference when measuring horizontal distances. Thanks to its laser precision technology and real-time measurement mode, it takes instant and reliable measurements up to 135 ft. and is accurate up to ±1/16 In.

Works very well. Only complaint is when pressing the button to lock the distance you need to be very deliberate and push squarely on button. Sometimes a bit challenging if your arm is stretched out or up, and you’re trying to keep it steady.

I am very pleased with my Bosch GCL2-160-S. My primary uses are indoors to level cabinets, will tiles etc. The red lines are clearly visible at 20 feet inside a brightly lit room. I mount the laser to a camera tripod that allows me to raise or lower the projected light beam to where ever I need.

not bad….. but needs to have an option to change out of 32nd measurements ……NOBODY measures anything in 32nds. needs to be able to change from foot and inches down to 32nds, to inch measures from 1/16,1/8th ,1/4 etc ,,,fix that and it would be as good as others
