I don’t often feel compelled to write a review. That said, this saw and the team who developed this say deserve praise. I don’t like to make public my great “stupid” mements, but ego aside, I dropped this saw from 4 feet above the ground on concrete. I was sick to my stomach. Minutes later when I plugged it in, relief swept over me as I began testing the saw. All cuts remained plumb and square. All bevels and angles were precise. The slide srill pulled smooth as silk and true. Lastly, the sound of a motor running with precision and ample power remained pitch perfect. Thanks guys, for saving me from myself and from what, with any other brand compound sliding miter saw, would have been hours of readjustments or a whopping repair bill. Need I say more?

have a bad back or you don’t want a problem back , well this is the stand for you ! Solid and very easy to control and it is rock solid. Oh and by the way gravity rise is phenominal. I agree on that statement!

Expensive but solid. Took a while to assemble but I am pleased with it. My brother commented that he hasn’t seen a pro with a better set up. I’m a novice.

I had high hopes for the saw given my small shop space.I was disappointed that out of the box there was so much side to side blade movement possible. Simply pulling down on a slight angle (not exactly straight up and down as happens sometimes) moved the blade on the workpiece and skewed the cut. I owned a 12 inch Dewalt and there was no noticeable deflection under the same circumstances.

The Bosch miter saw stand is definitely worth the money.

This saw will allow skilled hands to work magic, and it makes the hard stuff fun. It has convenient out front controls and the smoothest possible slide. If you wrap a large clear heavy gauge plastic bag around the back and pull up around and add a dedicated vacuum you can cut all day without choking on dust. Only down side is it is big and heavy which I really don’t like, it is a testimony to the saw that I will continue to make room for it and lug it around. I never recommend it for novice users, it is a heads up tool.

I bought the Dewalt DWX724 for my Bosch 10 inch mitre saw, but discovered that the saw was much to heavy for me to set and take down on a daily basis. So I sold it and purchase the Bosch. The Dewalt is a great stand if you can leave your saw set up all the time, but if you need a stand that can be taken down with the saw attached this is the best option out there.

It took very little time to adjust it out of the box and it is the smoothest nicest miter saw I’ve ever owned

I have a smaller 10 inch chop saw of which I purchased this stand for, but soon realized I needed a bigger and better saw. I put my new much bigger 12 inch Bosch on this table and it is great. I am glad I purchased the Bosh saw.

Professional designs MATERIALS AND ENGINEERING QUALITY,PACKAGING EXCELLENT BECAUSE bOScH CARES ARRIVED ON TIME MANUALS AND DOCUMENTS GOODGOOD FOR ANY PRO . SET UP PERFECT RIGHT OUT OF BOX.IT CUT PERFECT 45 DEGREE MITERS FROM FACTORY. ABLE TO MITER PICTURE FRAMES as good as our professional framing technology. Very surprised. Been doing frames for 25 yearsThe blade cut very well. Sliced 4×4 post lumber grade . Could slice thin across grain . Still trying to get the blade to set bevel ?.. Instructions in manual vague but detailed . Need better explanation of finding the controls to activate the bevel function. Will set my Radial Arm Saw back as this will do same at half the space and time. Better for productionPut us on mailing list , product reviews update we haVE bOSCH TOOLS. NOW

Excellent miter saw stand that exceeded expectations! Solid construction with durable materials. Instructions were easy to follow and only took 20 minutes to assemble. The extendable material support is much more stable than anticipated and was able to support wet pressure treated 4x4x10s with no issues. Wide wheel base made it easy to move even over uneven terrain of various construction sites. I regularly transport the saw, with 60 pd miter saw attached, in the back of a trailer and the saw hasn’t shifted in the least. Previous reviews have expressed concern about the plastic/composite locking lever. However, if you properly adjust the tension it works well. It doesn’t take a great deal of pressure to prevent the leg from collapsing. I’ve never had an issue. It is heavier, but compared with other stands I’ve paid a bucket load of cash for that nickle and dimed me replacing cheap screws, rubber bumpers, bolts etc., This is head and shoulders above other models I’ve used. Expensive, absolutely. Worth it, you betcha.

Tell you what. I’ve been a building contractor for 38 years. Been through every size shape and brand and this one is my favorite! Little fine tuning to set it perfect but it was real close out of the box. This is a smooth saw. If your hands are smaller the grip may be a bit uncomfortable and this may not be the saw if you’re running from site to site each day because it’s heavy. It is a fantastic saw.

I got this saw and was very disappointed to see that is no shadow light or laser sighting light. I was surprised to find my new Bosch saw had no laser or sighting light of any kind! After looking at videos to modify with a led shadow light, I was again disappointed to see the blade guard on the model i bought is now different than those on the reviews so it’s impossible to add light. For a premium saw to have no light or even the option to add one… I might return it if i cant find a way to add a better sighting system.
