The Bosch GLL 2 self-leveling cross-line laser is a compact leveling and alignment solution. The GLL 2 features a smart pendulum system that self-levels and indicates out-of-level condition, offers switch slider to lock for transport. Easy to use 1 button allows 1 to choose between cross-line, horizontal or vertical lines depending on the application.

All the specs were as advertised. It does not like the cold just like any other electrical device. Only thing I noticed is that moisture collects on the glass and the later cuts out off and on because the beam can not pass through. If it was a sealed unit it would perform best. Overall Great!

I just purchased this unit to help me in the installation of an Armstrong suspended ceiling. The unit was used for the leveling of the horizontal grid work but also used the vertical plum line feature on the joist, in lieu of a string chalk line, to locate the suspension hanger locations.
