The Bosch GLL 30 S Self-Leveling Cross-Line Laser Kit provides a tool that projects two lines, making a cross-line projection, for a wide array of level and align uses. This versatility makes it more valuable than a typical line laser. With top-notch accuracy and 1-switch operation, the user’s leveling and alignment tasks are done quickly and correctly. The laser lines are visible up to 30 ft. The Smart Pendulum System self-levels and indicates out-of-level condition to help ensure an accurate layout. The pendulum system locks when switched off, to assure secure tool transport. The included MM 2 Flexible Mounting Device provides micro fine height adjustment and it allows the laser to be clamped on virtually any surface from 1/2 in. to 2-1/4 in. thick, for level lines at any height. This kit includes a belt pouch for easy carry-along accessibility.

Really helpful when hanging things on the wall. The only challenge I have had is if I want to move the level line up the wall I cant tilt it back to do so. I have had to put my 8′ ladder on top of boxes to obtain the desire height of lines. Over all great buy.

Used it to wall mount my tv, a little over kill for the project but I had to test it out. I got this item on clearance and truth to be told I didn’t need it buy I was dying to try a self leveling laser out! It work as it should only complaint would be the laser if used outside. If you plan on using this laser over a long distance or outside I would personally spring for a higher end model as accuracy can be questionable over long distances.

I used this to hang up some cabinets and man did it save me time and money. Before i had to measure and keep a level on top of cabinets to ensure its set up straight but not anymore. I simply turn on the laser level and set to the proper hight and thats it no more hassling.

It’s a great tool, just difficult to use if you do not have a tripod because it needs to be within a few degrees of being level during set up otherwise it will flash because the pendulum won’t be able to work correctly. I would recommend this though to anyone looking to have an easier time when hanging up any shelving or lining up rows to install lights!
